Directions

NOTE: Approximate driving time from San Francisco, Oakland or Sacramento is 1.5 hours.  We are approximately 19 miles from the 101 Freeway exit.

FROM SAN FRANCISCO AND THE GREATER BAY AREA

Take 101 North. As you reach Petaluma, take the East Washington Blvd. exit.  Go left at the light and over 101, heading west.  Drive towards Bodega Bay on East Washington.  East Washington will change names to Bodega Ave., and then change again much later to Valley Ford Road or Highway 1.  Approximately 20-25 minutes from 101, you will pass a green highway sign that says Valley Ford 2 miles ahead.  We are one mile past that sign on the right hand side of the hwy. The SkyHorse Ranch arena is at 13950 Highway 1, and the Guest House is the next driveway at 13990 Highway 1.

**NOTE: IF YOU GET TO VALLEY FORD TOWN, YOU’VE GONE 1 MILE TOO FAR!

SkyHorse Ranch arena and personal home: Driveway is 13950, go 1 mile and you will see the barn on the right side.
Guest House driveway is 13990.  The guest house is a yellow-orange house with an orange and green garage.

FROM SANTA ROSA OR SEBASTOPOL

Take Highway 12 towards Bodega Bay.  Turn left on Valley Ford/Freestone Rd.  At the stop sign, turn left on Highway 1.  Pass through the town of Valley Ford. One mile after town, the Guest House is on the left at 13990.  The horse barn and arena is on the left at 13950, just after the Guest House. The horse barn is almost 1 mile up the drive way, you will see the barn on the right side.

DIRECTIONS TO VALLEY FORD FROM BODEGA BAY

Take Hwy 1 south toward Valley Ford. From the town of Valley Ford and the Schoolhouse, take Hwy 1 south or a right off of School Street. In less than a mile you will see 13950 on your left hand side, turn left into the driveway. Go one mile to the top of the hill.
