Developing coaches, healers, and individuals who want to create sustainable change in their lives, communities and the world.

Welcome to the SkyHorse Facilitating Change Program (FCP). Our vision is to develop professionals who embody the skills required to re-connect people to their interconnected nature, their intuitive wisdom and living in right balance with the Mother Earth. At the heart of our mission  is the goal of developing coaches, healers and individuals who want to create sustainable change in their lives, communities and world. The FCP encompasses coach training skills including communication tools, leadership dynamics, business process and coordination systems, and features the added components of working with biology and instinct, intuitive and energy awareness tools, artistic expression, and nature-based experiences.
Our SkyHorse team envisions the possibility that human beings embark on a journey of re-awakening, remember their interconnected nature, and re-establish the importance of intuitive, sensate perspectives. Being in harmony with nature revives the spirit, releases spent emotions, and guides us towards right action in balance with the greater good. It’s no longer enough to merely discuss our dilemmas or apply our traditional models of rationalization. Now is a time to take action. To be a stand for change, to inspire others to act boldly and to make the healing arts a viable business paradigm.
Our goal is to help you create a sustainable coach or healing practices and business model for your desired goals. FCP is comprised of three in-person conferences held at SkyHorse Ranch. Each participant will have 10 coaching sessions/calls with a private coach between conferences, (5 coach calls between conference 1 and 2, and 5 coach calls between conference 2 and 3) two class telecalls between conferences, reading and writing assignments (averaging 5-10 hours per week), which include intuitive awareness practices, relationship dynamics, and business practices. Participants will engage in a minimum of 20 practice client hours between conference in which they are practicing facilitating change with their clients with the concepts being learned in the program.
In addition, each participant will plan and create a social or environmental project during the program. Some examples of projects include helping a school create a recycling program, creating a garden space in an elderly home facility, volunteering at an existing environmental or social outreach program. The goal here is to encourage your contribution at a social or environmental level, which can also serve to build a networking base for you offer. Encouraging new paradigms for contributing to the greater good through our professional endeavors.
Our program is designed to meet the standards of the ICF. Several of our other programs are already accredited by ICF for Continuing Coach Education units. Many of SkyHorse faculty has been training coaches for over twenty years. Our core instructors and coaches bring a wide variety of experience and expertise from coaching, biology, business, animal communication, marketing, leadership, organizational development, youth, health, and healing arts. During the program as a participant you receive a minimum of 10 hours of coaching. We will help you select the right SkyHorse Coach for your individual goals and aspirations.
