SkyHorse offers leadership, self-development and coach training programs, since 1989. Our experiential learning model weaves nature based practices, non-linear exploration and Equine Guided Learning making our approach unique and transformative. We focus on developing our emotional and somatic intelligence in order to imagine new opportunities and create balance in life and work.

At the heart of our mission is developing individuals, businesses and teams who want to create sustainable change in their lives, their communities and the world. We are located on a incredible 190 acre wonderland complete with panoramic views, guest facilities, natural learning environments, abundant wildlife and gardens on the border of Marin and Sonoma County.
